A redesign of the Huntington Beach Pier Plaza and the parking areas along the beach north and south of the pier to Beach Blvd. The project includes Concession/Restroom buildings, Duke's Surf City Restaurant, a new lifeguard headquarters building and junior lifeguard facility along with the associated parking upgrades. We prepared demolition plans, site grading, drainage, signing and striping, retaining walls, street, storm drain, sewer and water improvements plans along with specifications and cost estimates. Walden & Associates also coordinated permitting from Caltrans for Pacific Coast Highway improvements, and provided staking plans and construction phase services.
