Pacific Coast Highway & MacArthur Blvd
City of Newport Beach, CA 

The project increases the volume of an existing wet well by replacing the 48-inch wet well with a 96-inch wet well and installing a generator. We provided demolition plans and improvement plans including, wet well details, generator details, estimates, specifications, easement documents and coordination with

the City of Newport Beach.

Lambert Road Beautification
City of Whittier, CA

The project widened the parkway and replaced various types of fences and walls with a new slump block wall including retaining walls in some areas.  A landscape parkway was also added.  We provided wall details, improvement plans, estimates, specifications, easement documents and coordination with MWD.

Enderle & Vandenberg Safety Enhancement
City of Tustin, CA

The project provided a landscaped concrete curb bulbout at the “T” intersection of Enderle Center Drive and Vandenberg Lane in response to a Safety Enhancement Study Report prepared for the city.  We provided demolition plans, improvement plans including, necessary details, striping plans, landscape plans, estimates, specifications and coordination with the City of Tustin.

Euclid Street
City of Fountain Valley, CA

​The project widens the north bound side of Euclid Street from three lanes to four lanes from Southpark Avenue to Slater Avenue, with the fourth lane becoming a right-turn-only lane at the intersection of Euclid Street and Slater Avenue. Walden & Associates provided demolition plans, improvement plans including, necessary details, striping plans from Southpark Avenue to Hospital Campus Drive to remove existing parking, within the City of Fountain Valley.
