Rancho Park	Rancho Park, Rosedale, Azusa - by Christopher Homes A 1 acre neighborhood park in the community of Rosedale in the city of Azusa.  It includes a half-court basketball area, a tot-lot, restroom and play areas.  We prepared precise grading plans, sewer, water and storm drain plans along with construction staking.

Back Bay Science Center	Backbay Science Center, Newport Beach - by the City of Newport Beach A new Visitor and Education Center on Shellmaker Island that included improvements and expansion of the existing parking lot, a Salt Marsh and a subsurface storm water detention system to mitigate direct runoff to the Newport Bay Ecological Preserve.  We prepared precise grading plans, sewer, water and storm drain plans along with construction staking.
Huntington Beach Pier Plaza	Huntington Beach Pier Plaza, Huntington Beach - by Purkiss-Rose RSI A redesign of the Huntington Beach Pier Plaza and the parking areas along the beach north and south of the pier to Beach Blvd.  The project includes Concession/Restroom buildings, Duke's Surf City Restaurant, a new lifeguard headquarters building and junior lifeguard facility along with the associated parking upgrades.  We prepared demolition plans, site grading, drainage, signing and striping, retaining walls, street, storm drain, sewer and water improvements plans along with specifications and cost estimates.  Walden & Associates also coordinated permitting from Caltrans for Pacific Coast Highway improvements, and provided staking plans and construction phase services.
	Bob Henry & Castaways Parks, Newport Beach - by the City of Newport Beach New baseball and soccer fields along with a nature park with walking trails on Dover Drive in Newport Beach, California.  We prepared precise grading plans, storm drain plans, a play field under-drain system plan, horizontal control plan, land swap legals, a parcel map, along with construction phase services and construction staking.
